We are committed to working closely with commissioner and care team from various organisation to develop partnership, consistent care for our service user. We support our complex need service user to their appointment to ensure person centred care approach, play a significant role in ensuring engagement with local services for our client. Experienced and Supportive
We offer a bespoken care for our service user with well trained staff – Occupational therapy, Psychologist, Dual diagnosis nurse, Psychiatrist, Registered Mental Nurse, BIA trained social Worker with Approved Mental Health Practitioner qualification and Recovery Focus Support Worker together we aim to make a difference in the life of our service user and our community.
Experienced Recovery Focus Support Workers
Our Recovery Focus Support Workers are highly trained working closely with qualify clinician to support the complex requirement of our service user. Our service offered a patient centred care enabling us to meet our service user individual needs and lifestyles.
